Our passion for precision, combined with microtechnical expertise, leads us to produce components with complex requirements, in various materials.To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Scheduler Planner M/F for immediate start or as agreed.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and plan production
• Prioritise and organise launches
• Manage manufacturing orders
• Adjust work-in-progress scheduling
• Monitor and enforce the workload/capacity plan
• Participate in continuous improvement projects

Qualifications

• Technical or logistics training (CFC, diploma or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the industrial or watchmaking sector.
• Proficiency with planning software tools (ERP, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of the bar turning or microtechnology sector is an advantage.
