SAP Supply Chain Production Planner Location: SwitzerlandWorking model: 4 days/week on siteStart: ASAPContract: 6 months + extensionsLanguage: German speaking preferred We are looking for an experienced SAP Supply Chain Production Planner to support production and supply chain planning within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role will focus on production planning, capacity planning, material availability and SAP-based planning processes, with particular emphasis on SAP PP/MM and SAP APO - SNP/PPDS. Key Responsibilities Process and manage customer, trial and sample orders in SAP, including required system adjustments Monitor orders to ensure timely and reliable execution Plan and monitor machine capacity and production utilisation Optimise production campaigns considering: Available resources Material availability Set-up times Delivery dates Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Production, Scheduling, Customer Service, Quality and other business functions Support new orders, order changes and escalations Ensure availability of raw materials and semi-finished products Proactively track and resolve material availability issues Use and further develop SAP planning tools, particularly SAP APO SNP/PPDS Support capacity and production planning activities Create, maintain and analyse Power BI reports to improve planning transparency and decision-making Contribute to the standardisation, stabilisation and continuous improvement of planning processes Identify opportunities to improve planning quality, efficiency and production performance Required Experience Several years of experience in production planning, production control, supply chain planning or a similar environment Strong SAP experience, particularly SAP PP and MM Experience with SAP APO, SNP and/or PPDS Strong understanding of: Production planning Material planning Capacity planning Production scheduling Supply chain processes Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience with Power BI and data analytics is advantageous Strong analytical and data-driven approach to planning and process optimisation Structured, independent and reliable working style Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working across multiple business functions and interfaces
