SAP Functional Integration Lead (S/4HANA) | Frankfurt| Hybrid We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Integration Lead to join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme within the Life Sciences sector. In this role, you will drive end-to-end process integration across SAP workstreams, ensuring seamless alignment between business processes, functional teams, and third-party systems. You will act as the key point of contact for integration-related decisions, facilitating collaboration between business stakeholders, process owners, solution architects, and delivery teams. Key Requirements 10+ years of SAP consulting experience Strong cross-functional SAP expertise across areas such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and Master Data Experience on large SAP ERP or S/4HANA transformation programmes Ability to lead end-to-end process integration workshops and manage complex stakeholder environments Proven track record coordinating multiple SAP workstreams and third-party application integrations Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills Nice to Have Life Sciences / Pharma industry experience S/4HANA Greenfield implementation experience Location: Bad Homburg, Germany (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite per week) Language: English If you have a strong background in SAP business process integration and stakeholder management and enjoy working at the centre of complex transformation programmes, we'd like to hear from you.
