SAP FSCM / Rebate Management - Solution Architect & Subject Matter Expert Start: November 2026Duration: 6-12 months + potential extensionsWorkload: Part-time and full-time options available Overview We are looking for experienced SAP professionals to support a Rebate Management implementation initiative, with opportunities for both a Solution Architect and a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Both positions will focus on SAP FSCM, Rebate Management and Order-to-Cash (O2C), supporting solution design, implementation and integration across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. Position 1 - SAP Solution Architect A senior architectural role combining solution architecture and hands-on detailed design, working closely with Domain Architects and Subject Matter Experts. Key Responsibilities Define solution architecture and detailed designs for SAP FSCM and Rebate Management. Drive O2C solution design across SAP ECC and S/4HANA, including integrations. Support SAP integration design, LeanIX architecture documentation and BTP extensions involving external data sources. Collaborate with architects and SMEs to deliver a scalable, integrated solution. Engagement: 6 months initially, with potential extension. Approximately 50% allocation in November, March and April, and full-time involvement from December to February. Position 2 - SAP Rebate Management Subject Matter Expert A functional solution expert with implementation and support experience, responsible for shaping processes and ensuring alignment with business requirements and delivery standards. Key Responsibilities Co-create functional process designs and gather business requirements. Provide expert recommendations for SAP FSCM and Rebate Management solutions. Lead fit-to-standard discussions in line with PMI delivery standards. Support implementation and functional integration across SAP ECC and S/4HANA O2C processes. Work closely with architecture and delivery teams to ensure a consistent end-to-end solution. Engagement: 12 months initially, with potential extension. Approximately 50% allocation from November onwards, increasing to full-time involvement as required. Key Requirements - Both Positions Strong SAP FSCM and Rebate Management knowledge, including architecture and solution models. Strong SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) expertise across ECC and S/4HANA. Good understanding of SAP integrations. Experience supporting SAP implementation initiatives. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Additional Solution Architect Requirements: Knowledge of LeanIX, SAP BTP extensions and external data integrations. AI/BTP knowledge is currently required at design and architectural level only. Additional SME Requirements: Hands-on SAP Rebate Management implementation and support experience, strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
