For our client in Geneva, we are looking for: Sanitary Technician Main mission: Ensure the monitoring and execution of sanitary projects (new constructions) while guaranteeing compliance with Swiss standards, deadlines, costs, and quality of execution. Responsibilities: Studies & plans and specifications Dimensioning of solutions for execution plans (CAD/CAO depending on position) Management of interventions and coordination with architects, engineers, and companies Monitoring of project progress Management of deadlines and costs Financial follow-up Establishing quotes and submissions Monitoring budgets and supplier invoices Client follow-up Site monitoring Supervision of on-site teams Quality control of works Management of unforeseen events and problem solving during site meetings Standards & compliance Compliance with Swiss standards (SSIGE, SIA, safety) Monitoring of techniques Ensuring compliance of building engineering standards CFC in sanitary technology + federal certificate Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in Switzerland Experience in project/site management Good knowledge of the Geneva market (a plus) Technical skills: Reading of plans and technical diagrams Mastery of Swiss standards (SSIGE, SIA) Tools (Office, industry-specific software / CAD) Personal qualities: Autonomy and sense of responsibility and rigor Good communication and team spirit Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills Conditions: Location: Geneva / Romandy Rate: To be defined according to profile Start date: As soon as possible jid1e1fb66aen jit0415aen jpiy26aen
