Your tasks:

• Technical management and personnel management (team of 4 to 6 people)
• Monitoring financial indicators
• Participation in the preparation of offers
• Maintenance and development of contacts
• Information exchange between management and employees
• Direction, coordination and management of medium to large scale projects or projects with high technical complexity
• Planning and development of sanitary concepts

Your skills and qualifications:

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• In-depth knowledge of sanitary installations
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years as a project manager in Switzerland (design office or company)
• Federal sanitary certificate or equivalent qualification
• Dynamic and able to work in a team
• Strong interest in new technologies, energy and sustainable development

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

• Experience in team management
• Experience in special fluids design
• Experience in design and installation of clean rooms, laboratories or hospitals (all phases)
• Knowledge of Revit
• Knowledge of German and/or English
