Sanitary Designer CFC – Project Manager (80 to 100%)Do you want to manage your projects from A to Z, not just draw plans? At Pro-Tech Chauffage, you take full responsibility for your sanitary projects, from the initial client request to the final handover. We are a human-sized SME, an SSIGE (water and gas) concessionaire, that relies on artificial intelligence (AI) to lighten daily tasks. And above all, a company where you are trusted: you are given free rein on your sites, because here, you are the one in charge.Your roleYou manage your sanitary sites from start to finish: analysis of the request or call for tenders, on-site surveys, client advice, costing, management of installation teams, technical and financial monitoring, up to the handover and final settlement. Our clientele is varied: private individuals, property managers, architects, general contractors, local authorities, and public entities.Specifically, you:- Analyze plans and tender documents, carry out on-site surveys, and advise the client on technical and budgetary solutions- Establish execution plans and details on AutoCAD, take-offs, dimensioning, and lists of quotes and submissions according to the CAN (with Win_OD) and consult suppliers- Plan and coordinate installation teams, participate in site meetings with architects and technical and financial monitoring, manage additional work, prepare settlements and final accounts- Process work notifications and connection requests (notably Viteos, canton of Neuchâtel)Your profile- CFC as a sanitary building technology designer, or equivalent recognized in Switzerland- Experience in the design, costing, and monitoring of sanitary projects in Switzerland, with good knowledge of SSIGE and SIA standards- Proficiency in AutoCAD- Confirmed experience in establishing submissions according to the CAN and good mastery of its operation (prerequisite)- Win_OD is a plus; if you have already worked with submission software integrating the CAN, you will master it quickly- You enjoy autonomy and taking the lead, but always as a team: you rely on the know-how of your technicians and take their opinions into account to move forward together- Sense of project profitability, ability to manage several projects in parallel, ease of contact- Fluent French, oral and written, and a valid driver's license- Curiosity for artificial intelligence (AI) applied to the profession: with us, it is not a gadget, it is a way to save time on administrative tasks and project management- Experience with AI is a plus, not a condition.
