Your responsibilities

Reporting to the Object Management Directorate, you identify and develop project opportunities in your region by intervening from the earliest construction phases (SIA 1 to 4), in order to position comprehensive solutions with high added value. You build and maintain a strong network with key market players (planners, architects, clients, general and total contractors), while analysing project potential to guide your commercial priorities. In close collaboration with internal teams, you support your contacts in designing suitable technical solutions, providing personalised advice and supporting the pre-study, design and tender phases. You thus position yourself as a true technical partner. You ensure structured follow-up of your activity via a CRM, capture market trends and report strategic information internally. Finally, you represent the company at professional events, actively participate in continuous service improvement and contribute to sustainably strengthening its presence in French-speaking Switzerland.

Your profile

With a background in building technology, ideally complemented by higher education in sanitary or heating fields (certificate, federal diploma, ES or equivalent), you have proven experience in planning, project management and technical sales, gained within a design office or installation company. You master construction processes as well as the SIA phases and understand the challenges of the various market players. Endowed with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine interest in commercial development, you combine interpersonal ease and technical credibility to develop your network and convince your contacts. You appreciate dynamic environments where you can have a concrete impact on business development. Autonomous and structured, you know how to manage your priorities effectively, propose relevant solutions and navigate easily in a digital environment. Fluency in French, as well as very good knowledge of German, allow you to interact in a national context.
