Based in Romanel-sur-Lausanne, it has been active in the field of sanitary and fluid techniques. It is a team of around one hundred people who work every day on projects of great importance, such as complex domains like industry and the pharmaceutical environment. To continue its development, Milliquet SA wishes to strengthen its technical team by recruiting a:Sanitary Foreman / Sanitary Technician (100%)As a true field conductor, you take on projects from the study phase and ensure their complete management until final delivery. You occupy a key interface role between the technical office and the installation teams.Field and site management- Supervision of installation teams, subcontractors, and construction sites (access, methodology, tooling);- Supervision of commissioning, quality control, and compliance of installations;- Management of unforeseen events and resolution of field problems;- Main contact person on the construction site and representative of the company to clients and partners;- Strict compliance with standards and safety rules;- Preparation of site reports and technical/financial monitoring.Project management and technical/financial follow-up- Analysis of client needs and offers (SNAP) during the preparation and study of projects;- Complete management of small construction sites independently and co-management of large-scale projects in collaboration with the Project Director;- Monitoring of costs, deadlines, and project profitability;- Management of material releases and human needs, and communication of directives and objectives to teams;- Contribution to the development of new sanitary solutions.Profile- CFC in sanitary installation, or equivalent;- Federal diploma of sanitary foreman or sanitary technician diploma, a real asset;- Confirmed experience in the management of sanitary construction sites;- Excellent mastery of installation techniques and current standards;- Experience in calculation and establishment of offers (SNAP an asset);- Leadership and strong proximity to the field;- Organized, structured, and solution-oriented person;- Driving license B.START DATE: Immediately or to be agreed uponJoining PHIDA means participating in a collective adventure in a rapidly growing company, where everyone plays an essential role in our success.
