You oversee the design and development of projects from the initial phase to commissioning, ensuring the excellence of our solutions in cold/hot water systems.Your Missions:Project Management: Lead and coordinate the entirety of projects (phases SIA 31 to 53).Technical Design: Define concepts, conduct sizing studies, establish principle diagrams, and propose optimized alternatives.Contract Management: Prepare submissions, preliminary estimations, and ensure cost control.Architectural Direction: Oversee the architectural direction and supervise execution on site until the acceptance of the work.Quality: Collaborate closely with architects and partners in the CVSE field while ensuring compliance with quality processes (ISO).Supervision: Oversee partner companies and ensure financial monitoring of projects.Profile: Engineer EPF/HES, technician ES, or holder of a CFC in drafting with solid experience: Minimum of 3 years confirmed experience in a study office or technical company in Switzerland.Expertise: Perfect mastery of Swiss professional standards (SSIGE, AEAI, SIA).Soft Skills: Rigorous autonomy, ease of communication, and strong team spirit.Multidisciplinary skills (CVSE).Knowledge in building engineering (MCR).Proficiency in English or German. jid2731130aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
