Salt Store Salesperson - Sales Assistant Bienne/Biel 80%-100%
Your Role
Your responsibilities include the professional and personal advice to our customers for the entire range of Salt products and services.
- Welcoming Salt Store customers in a friendly manner
- Professional customer advice, recognising needs, sparking interest in new services/options
- Applying pencil selling to demonstrate the attractiveness of our offers to customers
- Closing sales with enthusiasm and conviction
- Handling and resolving customers’ technical queries
- Supporting the attractive presentation of our products
- Working at the till
What You Bring
- Completed vocational training EFZ in retail, 1-2 years sales experience advantageous
- Technical flair as well as efficient and precise working methods
- Bilingual German-French, additional language skills advantageous
- Open, extroverted and sociable personality
- Desire and determination to succeed together with the team
- Enjoyment of learning and a lively environment
- Confident use of computer tools
- High flexibility regarding working hours
