Our Zurich office runs like a start-up - a tight-knit team of around 10 colleagues, supporting 50+ consultants on assignment each month across the region. What sets us apart? As we continue to grow in German-speaking Switzerland, we're looking for a **Sales Team Manager** to join us.
## Work tasks ##
We-re looking for a people-focused, results-driven sales team manager who-s ready to juggle both **team management** and **sales strategy**. You-ll be a key player in shaping our office culture, client success, and overall growth.
**As a *Team Manager***
You will coach and lead a team of **Account Managers** and be responsible for their success and development. Your focus will be on **people management**, **team performance**, and **local growth**.
**Your key responsibilities include:**
* Leading and supporting a team of Account Managers through regular performance follow-ups (face-to-face meetings)
* Recruiting new team members while fostering a strong sales culture
* Inspiring your team to reach our ultimate goal: **client satisfaction**!
* Collaborating with local leadership to grow our Zurich office and shape our way of working
**As a *Sales Manager***
You will act as the **right hand of the Branch Manager** when it comes to sales **performance**, **strategy**, and **processes**.
**Your key responsibilities include:**
* Supporting Account Managers in client meetings and helping spot new business opportunities
* Tracking sales KPIs and supporting the Branch Manager with process alignment
* Designing tailored development plans for Account Managers
* Organizing and leading training and onboarding initiatives for new hires
* Analyzing client portfolios, market trends, and sales data to support strategic decisions
## We are looking for ##
We-re not looking for 20+ years of experience - just someone who-s already achieved solid results in B2B sales and team leadership, and is ready for more.
**We think you-ll thrive if you have:**
* A first (and successful) experience in B2B sales
* Experience managing or mentoring others in a sales setting
* A hands-on mindset and a passion for coaching and growing people
* Fluent **German** (spoken and written), plus strong **English** (C1 level)
* Great communication skills and a drive to build strong, long-term client relationships
* A leadership style that-s inspiring, structured, and full of energy
