## Job Description ##

* Lead Sales development strategy in French-speaking Switzerland.
* Analyze performance: sales, test drives, leads generation, conversion ratio.
* Achieve targets through direct vehicle sales monthly.
* Meet sales targets.
* Uphold Brand's standards and commercial policies in French-speaking Swiss market.
* Manage vehicle stock and coordinate with the manufacturer on production orders.
* Keep customer data updated in CRM.
* Initiate and manage marketing activities to attract prospects and clients.
* Ensure clear communication with internal stakeholders from different divisions.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Fluent in French and English (C1 level).
* Over 10 years of experience in Sales, specifically in sport automotive.
* Proven success in the luxury automotive sector with a competitive mindset.
* Skilled in dealing with affluent stakeholders and understanding their lifestyle.
* Strong organizational skills with a strategic approach.
* Demonstrates leadership by motivating others towards a common goal.
* Proficient in data analysis to support marketing, bak office, and events.
