Our Swiss subsidiary currently has around twenty employees with diverse profiles and specialised skills. To strengthen our interventional urology division, we are looking as soon as possible for a full-time, permanent position for a:

Sales Representative – Interventional Urology (French-speaking Switzerland)

In this role, you will independently manage your sales territory and actively contribute to the sustainable growth of our business by developing strong customer relationships and achieving your sales targets.

Your main responsibilities

Business Development

  • Develop and promote our entire product portfolio within your territory.
  • Retain existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prospect and develop new accounts in the fields of urology, gynaecology, and specialised implantation centres.
  • Implement the commercial and marketing strategies defined by the company.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Organise and conduct regular customer visits, scientific events, and targeted actions.
  • Advise healthcare professionals on products, procedures, and therapeutic options.
  • Provide technical and clinical support in the operating theatre through your specialised expertise.
  • Activity Management
  • Develop and monitor business plans, sales forecasts, and associated budgets for A, B, and C customers.
  • Analyse commercial performance indicators to identify growth levers.
  • Ensure regular competitive intelligence and update potential analyses as well as customer segmentation.

Collaboration and Administration

  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and the Key Account Management team.
  • Ensure rigorous administrative follow-up: planning tours, updating the CRM, managing complaints, and processing product returns.

Your profile

  • Education and Experience
  • Completed higher education, commercial or professional training, ideally in the medical, paramedical, nursing, or surgical field.
  • Additional training in sales or commercial management is an asset.
  • Several years of experience in selling medical devices or technical products requiring specialised support.
  • Knowledge of urology or strong ability to quickly acquire clinical and technical expertise.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Dynamic, credible personality with a strong commercial impact.
  • Analytical mindset, good understanding of economic issues, and results orientation.
  • Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration.

Languages and Tools

  • Fluency in French and German.
  • Good level of English.
  • Good command of MS Office and CRM tools.
