100% M/F We are actively seeking for one of our clients, based in Lausanne and active in the tourism sector, 100% M/F JOB DESCRIPTION The main missions will be: Prospect and develop the Swiss market to increase revenue in the short, medium, and long term Master the products, sales conditions, and internal processes perfectly Quickly understand the specifics of the targeted markets and identify relevant contacts Promote and negotiate commercial offers tailored to the needs of clients/prospects, in line with the objectives set by management Develop structured offers (availability, products, rates, conditions), including last minute offers Work on the current season and anticipate the next season Ensure rigorous commercial follow-up until the necessary documentation is provided to the Group Back Office team for the technical and documentary processing of the cycle Attend triannual commercial meetings and collaborate with internal teams (logistics, production, adjustments, and new commercial approaches based on field feedback Conduct competitive analysis and monitor the evolution of the tourism market in the concerned area Prepare a bi-monthly activity report PROFILE Ideal profile: Commercial spirit, oriented towards sales and development Proactivity, autonomy, rigor, and adaptability in commercial tourism Knowledge of French (daily working language); proficiency in German is a real plus compared to English and will be considered an advantage over other equivalents Mastery of office tools Comfortable in interviews, in front of an audience or in video conferencing Enjoys challenges and performance (objectives) Desired experience: Desired experience in a similar function of 3 to 5 years Excellent knowledge of the Swiss Romandy tourism market and ideally Swiss German market Familiarity with institutional, economic, and commercial partners at the regional level What we offer: A human working environment and autonomy in approaches A pre-existing client portfolio A portfolio of quality products, constantly evolving A stimulating environment A compensation based on a fixed salary + additional commissions: On-site: 1 day per week in Lausanne Frequent business trips: 4 days per week to trade shows, fairs, and other events Are you interested?
