On behalf of one of our clients active in the industrial sector in Vouvry, we are looking for a Senior Sales Assistant for a permanent full-time position
Sales Operations Specialist
This position requires a strong customer focus, excellent cross-functional coordination, and the ability to manage several commercial, supply chain, and administrative matters simultaneously
Your responsibilities
- Ensure the follow-up and administrative management of strategic client files (Key Account)
- Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and commercial conditions
- Coordinate contracts, sales prices, and price updates
- Collect, consolidate, and monitor client forecasts as well as commercial information
- Optimise client/production site allocations in collaboration with Supply Chain teams and global operations
- Ensure the follow-up of non-conformities, complaints, and client requests
- Manage the administrative follow-up of R&D projects and samples
- Handle existing client requests and ensure effective follow-up of actions
- Ensure order processing, coordination with Supply Chain teams, and operational follow-up
- Provide comprehensive administrative support as needed
Your profile:
- Higher education such as Bachelor’s degree (commerce, management, administration or equivalent)
- Proven experience in sales assistance, sales support, B2B customer service, or commercial back-office
- Excellent coordination skills between multiple internal and external contacts
- Strong customer service orientation and solution focus
- Comfortable managing priorities in a multicultural environment
- Excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel
- Good knowledge of data management tools / ERP (SAP is a plus)
- Professional proficiency in French and English is essential
