For one of our clients active in the industrial sector in Vouvry, we are looking for a Senior Sales Assistant for a permanent, 100% position.This position requires a strong customer focus, excellent cross-functional skills, and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple commercial, supply chain, and administrative responsibilities.- Ensure the follow-up and management of client files (Key Account).- Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and commercial terms.- Coordinate sales prices and price updates.- Collect, consolidate, and track client forecasts as well as commercial data.- Optimize client/production site flows in collaboration with Supply Chain teams and global departments.- Ensure the follow-up of non-conformities and client requests.- Manage the follow-up of R&D projects and samples.- Manage existing client requests and ensure effective follow-up of actions.- Ensure order processing, communication with Supply Chain teams, and comprehensive support as needed.Your profile:- Higher education degree such as Bachelor / License (commerce, management, or equivalent).- Confirmed experience in sales, sales support, B2B customer service, or commercial back-office.- Excellent ability to communicate between multiple internal and external stakeholders.- Very good sense of customer service and solution-oriented mindset.- Ease in managing priorities and working in a multicultural environment.- Excellent command of MS Office, particularly Excel.- Good command of data management tools / ERP (SAP is a plus).- Professional French and English.Does this profile match?
