All whilst challenging, planning and inspiring the sales team to hit individual and club monthly new member sales targets. You will be highly visible on the floor, engaging with prospects and members to ensure a world-class customer journey while monitoring KPIs, analysing performance and making proactive decisions to drive sustainable growth.
