On behalf of a client, specializing in the supply of high-precision industrial consumables, we are looking for a:Sales Manager Switzerland – FR/EN – 100%Within the sales department, your role consists of driving and increasing the brand's presence throughout the territory.Main responsibilities:- Commercial expansion: Identify new growth opportunities and actively prospect accounts (industrial sector in electrical discharge machining, watchmaking, medical, or automotive).- Promotion and networking: Plan regular tours throughout Switzerland to represent the company.- Follow-up: Coordinate logistics and order processing in close connection with the group's internal departments.- Performance management: Ensure rigorous reporting via CRM/ERP tools and monitor defined sales objectives.- Field presence: Maintain high mobility across all cantons, adapting your visits to regional specificities.Profile:- Degree from a business school or engineering school.- Sensitivity to the industrial world.- Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales of products and/or services related to the industrial sector.- French / English; German is an asset.- Prepared for regular travel throughout Switzerland.- Rigorous person, endowed with great interpersonal skills.Conditions:- Fixed salary + variable according to profile.- Company vehicle.- Permanent position based in Switzerland.- Frequent travel throughout Switzerland.- Start date: Immediately or by agreement. jid22beb09aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
