Description
We are looking for a specialist in internal sales for an internationally active manufacturing company at the headquarters in Otelfingen.
Your Tasks
- Co-responsible for sales to export (inquiry, order, delivery documentation, invoicing, shipping)
- Monthly billing of project costs
- Organisation of customer visits on site
- Active participation in process optimisation and digitalisation
- Close cooperation with the sales team
- Daily coordination and correspondence with customers and carriers in English and German
- Assistance in apprentice supervision
Our Requirements
- Commercial basic training or equivalent
- Professional experience in sales or export of demanding goods (hazardous goods knowledge for air and sea freight is an advantage)
- In addition, you bring initiative, independence, organisational talent, a quick grasp, and a strong assertiveness
- Your English skills (at least First/B2 level) can be used daily
