Job Description
Your mission:
• Actively approach customers and offer personalised advice
• Create a premium and personalised shopping experience
• Identify needs and propose targeted product recommendations
• Present premium products with conviction and professionalism
• Ensure a consistent and positive brand image
• Comply with quality and compliance guidelines
Profile Sought
Your profile:
• Minimum age required: 21 years
• Swiss nationality or valid work permit
• Impeccable conduct
• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or service sector is an asset
• Excellent command of French; English is an asset
• Flexibility (Monday to Saturday, sometimes Sunday) with a monthly salary
• Availability between 80 and 100%
• Driving licence appreciated
• Good IT skills (MS Office, tablets, CRM systems)
