In order to continue its development in French-speaking Switzerland and to strengthen its presence among industrial players in the region, we have been mandated to recruit a Sales Engineer.In this key role for the development of French-speaking Switzerland, you act as a privileged link between industrial clients (OEM) and the company's technical experts. Thanks to your expertise, your advisory sense, and your commercial drive, you support your contacts in the search for high-performance solutions while actively contributing to the company's growth in your territory.Main responsibilities- Advise and support clients in the selection, sizing, and integration of technical solutions adapted to their industrial needs.- Understand the needs and constraints of clients in order to propose high value-added solutions in the field of drive technologies and power transmission.- Develop sales in French-speaking Switzerland and actively contribute to the company's commercial objectives.- Ensure the monitoring and development of an existing client portfolio while identifying and acquiring new clients.- Carry out technical, product, and solution presentations to clients when necessary.- Develop and follow up on technical and commercial offers in collaboration with internal teams and specialists.- Negotiate commercial conditions and ensure the follow-up of projects until their completion.- Contribute to the introduction and development of new products on the Swiss market.- Carry out active monitoring of the market, technological developments, and the competition in order to identify new business opportunities.- Represent the company to clients, partners, and during events.Profile- Benefiting from a higher technical education of ES, HES level, or equivalent in the fields of mechanics, micro-mechanics, or a related sector, you wish to put your skills at the service of a function oriented towards consulting and business development.- A successful experience in an industrial environment, associated with a technical consulting or commercial development activity, ideally completes your profile.- Thanks to your understanding of industrial processes, you are able to identify client needs and propose adapted solutions.- Contact with clients, the development of sustainable relationships, and the search for new business opportunities motivate you on a daily basis.- Recognized for your autonomy and your sense of organization, you appreciate field functions offering great freedom of action.- Your entrepreneurial spirit, your dynamism, and your ability to take initiatives constitute real assets to succeed in this position.- Endowed with an excellent sense of communication, you know how to adapt your speech to both technical interlocutors and decision-makers.- Native French speaker, you have good knowledge of German allowing you to exchange with your colleagues and the teams at the headquarters in German-speaking Switzerland.- Mastery of current office tools as well as CRM systems is an integral part of your professional practice.- Working in close collaboration with internal teams (in French-speaking Switzerland as well as in German-speaking Switzerland) in order to provide quality service to the clientele corresponds fully to your way of working.We offer you a varied and autonomous function within a Swiss company recognized for its technical expertise and the quality of its products.
