At the heart of innovation in building automation for HVAC installations, you support our MCR integrator clients at every stage of their projects: understanding needs, technical advice, solution selection, costing and follow-up through to completion.

Your new tasks

  • Technical reference & ambassador of our solutions: support clients and MCR integrator partners in integrating our solutions, both in new builds and renovations.
  • Share innovation and make technology simple: promote our technologies, disseminate new developments and transform complex projects into clear and accessible solutions.
  • Preferred contact for electrical clients: understand needs, advise and propose tailor-made solutions.
  • Manage commercial activity: present, build and follow up commercial offers and tenders with rigour and commitment.
  • Develop lasting relationships: ensure regular visits, maintain the network, and guarantee rigorous CRM updates.
  • Make every project a success: collaborate closely with internal and external teams to turn ideas into concrete results and satisfaction for our partners.

Your talents and experience

  • Technical training in building HVAC: ET diploma or CFC in HVAC/MCR.
  • Proven experience: several years in HVAC and/or MCR technologies, ideally on new build and/or renovation projects.
  • Interpersonal skills: excellent communication abilities, good listening skills, strong customer orientation.
  • Negotiation & commercial mindset: ability to convince, build win-win solutions and develop lasting relationships.
  • Tools: good command of standard tools (e.g. Office 365, SAP, Salesforce) and ABT-site, ACS790 or similar tools.
  • Languages: excellent knowledge of French; German and/or English are real assets.
