**Position Summary **

 

As a **Sales Controlling Specialist**, you will be responsible for providing financial insights that empower decision-making. You will contribute to achieving quantitative objectives while ensuring transparency, compliance, and optimal use of commercial resources.

**A Day in the Life of a Sales Controlling Specialist**

** **

* Create and update reports and tools for business performance transparency
* Act as a key player in the Monthly Business Planning Process, ensuring top-line planning integrity
* Parter with Key Account Managers and coordinate with Business Co-Pilots and Demand Planning for accurate forecasts
* Support commercial teams in identifying investment optimization opportunities
* Review performance and identify risks preventing target achievement
* Ensure accurate management of commercial activities in SAP

**What will make you successful**

 

* University degree (or equivalent) in Finance & Controlling
* First successful experience in a similar role
* Proactive self-starter with strong analytical capabilities
* Excellent execution skills in a fast-changing environment
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written
* Good interpersonal skills within the department and broader teams
* Proficient in Excel, Power Bi and SAP are a strong advantage
* Fluency in English, French or German will be a plus
