Customer Service is at the heart of the group's model. In daily contact with advertiser clients and internal teams, it ensures the monitoring of advertising campaigns from order to billing. It supports the sales force in managing files and handles incoming requests for job, real estate, and obituary advertisements.How you will contribute to our success:- By ensuring the fluidity of the campaign life cycle — From the receipt of advertising orders to billing, you guarantee rigorous and responsive processing of files, ensuring compliance with deadlines and commercial conditions agreed with the client.- By being a reliable support for the Impact Médias Neuchâtel sales force — You actively support advisors in the preparation and monitoring of offers, the reservation of spaces, and coordination with the graphic design department for the receipt of advertising elements.- By maintaining quality client relations — As the first point of contact for incoming requests — classified ads for jobs, real estate, obituaries — you respond with attentiveness, precision, and a sense of service, building a relationship of trust.- By contributing to the development of Impact Médias Neuchâtel's turnover — You identify opportunities for additional solutions and spontaneously propose complementary offers within the framework of tariff conditions.This position is for you if:- You have basic commercial training (CFC or equivalent) completed by a minimum of 2 years of professional experience, ideally in media, advertising, or services.- Your qualities are as follows: sense of service and clients, ability to adapt to different interlocutors, listening skills, adapted communication, including in stressful situations.- You demonstrate rigor in your work and know how to respect objectives and deadlines.- You are comfortable with Microsoft Office tools and, more generally, with new technologies, a CRM, and a digital environment.Position to be filled quickly or by arrangement.Working within the ESH Médias group means:- 40-hour work week;- Flexibility of working hours and teleworking;- 5 weeks of vacation, 6 weeks from age 50;- Workplace preferably in Neuchâtel but possibilities in Nyon or Sion (to be defined);- Purchase of 5 days of vacation at preferential conditions;- Support for training and internal mobility program;- Advantageous distribution of social insurance for employees;- Extended parental leave;- Benefits with partners;And if it were you?
