To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales Assistant.Your main missions:Sales:- Creation and management of the park's various offers (groups, schools, birthdays, subscriptions), including tracking requests and coordination with internal teams- Active prospecting of new professional clients, development and management of the B2B portfolio, tracking of commercial proposals and contracts- Management of after-sales service: processing complaints and tracking refunds- Coordination with all park departments (ticketing, accounting, etc.) to ensure smooth communication and effective information sharing- Management and tracking of the park's sponsorship requests, from analyzing applications to drafting established contractsIn parallel, you will contribute to various marketing missions for the park, including:- Organization and coordination of park events, contributing to their design and follow-up- Implementation of marketing and communication actions, including content creation, campaign tracking, and promotion of offers and events- Monitoring social networks and supporting marketing projects, with content creation, community management, and coordination with internal teamsProfile sought:- Education in commerce (CFC, Business School)- Previous experience in the commercial field- French native language; English B2 minimum, German being a real asset- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Strong interest in tourism, hospitality, and customer service- Recognized sense of dynamism- Acute sense of rigor and professionalism- Ability to make decisions and work autonomously- Aptitude for managing stress, unforeseen events, and multiple priorities- Availability to work weekends and public holidays- Good command of the Office suite and social networksStart date: to be agreed upon.We offer a dynamic and friendly work environment within an SME in French-speaking Switzerland. jid51e30d6aen jit0418aen jpiy26aen
