Whether it concerns professional and private pension provision, finance, or real estate, we provide tailor-made solutions to achieve your goals and successfully build your future.Sales Assistant (%)MISSION DESCRIPTION- Autonomous establishment of X for the region within the allotted deadlines- Follow-up and advice to brokers and employers by phone and in writing- Control of compliance, completeness, and plausibility of incoming data- File management and data updates in internal systems- Processing of distribution agreements and management of commissions with internal departments and partners- Active participation in the smooth operation of sales support (internal replacements)- Contribution to projects and cross-functional tasks at the request of management- Guarantee of a professional and service-oriented customer experiencePROFILE- Commercial training (Federal VET Diploma for commercial employees or equivalent)- Experience in a sales support / internal service position, ideally in pension provision or social insurance- Excellent command of French, both oral and written- Ease in telephone contact with clients- Good command of tools in LPP or social insurance, knowledge of other languages (German, English, or Italian) is an asset- A key role within a recognized company in the field of pension provision and financial services- Conditions and development prospects- Possibility to purchase vacation days- Attractive pension fund (pension scheme)- Private accident insurance and daily sickness allowance insurance financed by Tellco SAAre you interested in taking on this challenge?
