We are looking for a Sales Assistant M/F/D for a fixed-term contract until the end of January 2027 on a part-time basis (20 hours/week) in our Salomon store in Landquart.

Your role

To successfully perform this role, you must:

• • Use your exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques and Salomon product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and increase sales
  • Accompany and advise customers to provide a high-quality customer experience and suggest complementary products (upselling)
  • Be proficient in sales techniques and the digital tools available in-store to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Help secure company assets and comply with procedures by promoting loss prevention and ensuring the stockroom is clean and well organised
  • Be confident handling cash
  • Master standard operating procedures, health and safety policies, visual merchandising and community marketing principles
  • Be a brand ambassador and promote the brand’s service culture
  • This position requires 100% presence on the sales floor.
