We are currently being approached by our client, a high-end hotel establishment located in French-speaking Switzerland, for the recruitment of a motivated individual who will act as the Sales and Events Manager (H/F). JOB DESCRIPTIONIn close collaboration with the General Management, you will lead the sales strategy on the MICE and agency segments. You will define and implement the commercial action plan, manage the pipeline in the CRM X, and provide reliable forecasts. You will prospect, negotiate, and finalize agreements with key accounts, design customized offers, and oversee the execution from the briefing to the post-event evaluation. You will work closely with the accommodation, F&B, finance, and marketing departments and contribute to yield management in connection with revenue. You have a solid background in the hospitality industry and a successful experience in a similar role, including team management. With your excellent interpersonal skills related to luxury hospitality, your ease of communication and commercial appetite allow you to establish excellent relationships with your current and potential clientele. Comfortable with writing, you express yourself perfectly in French and English.
