As a Sales Advisor, you are at the heart of this mission: in the field, you develop the client portfolio, support each prospect in their project, and directly contribute to Culligan's growth through your advisory skills and commercial performance. SALES ADVISOR – VALAIS REGION (m/f)
Your responsibilities:
You develop the commercial activity of your area, Valais, with a strong focus on prospecting and creating opportunities. A true growth driver, you engage with clients to identify needs and turn your efforts into commercial successes.
Specifically, you will be expected to:
- Actively prospect your area (door-to-door, recommendations, leads)
- Arrange appointments and identify prospects' needs
- Conduct home demonstrations of our solutions
- Advise and propose solutions tailored to clients' expectations
- Close sales and achieve your commercial targets
- Ensure client follow-up until full satisfaction
- Develop your client portfolio and foster loyalty in your area
Your profile:
You are a results-oriented, dynamic, and persevering person, with a strong taste for fieldwork and prospecting. Client contact and commercial challenge are true motivators for you.
You identify with the following points:
- Experience or strong interest in B2C field sales, with an active prospecting dimension
- Ease in engaging with clients, creating opportunities, and convincing
- Driving licence required
- Fluent French; German and/or English is an asset
