Hold a valid driver's license.YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF:You can manage a designated territory – from maintaining existing clients to searching for new ones to grow our business. You closely collaborate with your colleagues and believe that WE matters more than I. You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy establishing and maintaining good relationships with partners. You plan and implement regional projects and events, ensuring coordination between internal stakeholders and utilizing all available resources to achieve your goals while considering the aspects of introducing new products, items, and promotions at our clients' points of sale to capture market share. You enjoy using new digital tools to achieve the best results. You are responsible for managing cash-in processes, including direct sales from the vehicle and analyzing the market and behavior associated with your sense of opportunity, allowing you to draft business analyses and proposals for investments in points of sale. You negotiate to ensure the visibility and availability of our product portfolio, activate the commercial marketing calendar, and apply merchandising standards to prepare points of sale. You manage our assets in the market and at points of sale, using sales tools to draft reports and ensure the quality of the points of sale.HOW WE SUPPORT YOU:You will have a buddy who will introduce you to the job, daily routines, and your territory during your onboarding period.
