Sales Assistant 50%Sales AssistantAs an Assistant, you ensure the processing of files related to the activity of heating, cooling, and laundry appliances for all of Switzerland.MISSIONS- Reception and processing of breakdown reports in German and French.- Creation of orders, tracking, and closing of work orders.- Management of spare parts requests.- Processing of maintenance contracts for Heating & Cooling and entry of spare parts orders with suppliers.- Updating of client files and definition of commercial conditions.- Establishment and processing of repair quotes and scheduling of appointments for installation interventions.- Management of orders and deliveries of laundry products.- Filing and general administrative tasks.- Other tasks according to needs and agreement of the supervisor.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED- Basic training or completed apprenticeship as a commercial employee.- Additional training appreciated.- Experience in a call center constitutes an asset.- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Excellent skills in French, German, and English.- Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment.- Aptitude for identifying customer needs.- Ease and taste for teamwork.CULTURE IN 4 WORDSBe Customer Obsessed.
