This role combines commercial administration and office management responsibilities in a fast-evolving environment requiring flexibility, ownership, and a hands-on approach.

Missions
Sales Administration & Operations
Manage the full lifecycle of tenders (preparation, submission, follow-up)
Oversee license management and ensure accurate tracking and renewals
Create and manage purchase orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation
Handle invoicing processes and follow up on payments in coordination with finance
Office Management & Coordination
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and act as the local point of contact
Manage suppliers, office logistics, and administrative processes
Support internal coordination and communication across teams
Contribute to process improvements in a scaling environment
Profil du candidat
Proven experience in sales administration, office management, or similar roles
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
High level of autonomy, flexibility, and problem-solving mindset
Experience with tenders, invoicing, and administrative processes
Fluent French is mandatory, with a good command of English
Comfortable working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
