We are looking for a Logistics Sales Administrator for our client, a watchmaking subcontracting company, to strengthen their team.Logistics Sales AdministratorYou hold a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in Logistics or an equivalent qualification. With experience in the watchmaking sector, you are proficient with IT tools and freight documents (essential).Proactive and positive, you are rigorous with good organizational skills and the ability to take on new challenges? Join us!- Manage logistics flows, reception, inspection of watch components, stock entries/exits, and data entry in ERP.- Ensure the reliability of physical stocks as well as the processing of movements in ERP, orders, picking, management of manufacturing orders, and supply of production lines.- Manage orders, issue invoices, follow up with customers, handle disputes, and manage freight documents for transport within Switzerland/Europe.- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and flows. jidef4e9caaen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
