Through its companies Accès Personnel, Integraal IT, Integraal Solutions, Integraal Services, Integraal Partners, and Integraal Consulting, the group supports its clients in their growth projects and in the fields of human resources and consulting. As part of the development of our delegated payroll management (DPM) activity, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist (M/F) between 50% and 100% who actively contributes to the development of this activity by managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring complete payroll management while providing quality support. Your missions: Payroll Management: • Manage the entire payroll process for several clients • Establish, control, and validate monthly salaries • Perform monthly and annual closures • Manage absences (sickness, accidents, etc.) and follow-up on compensations • Handle social insurance matters • Manage entries and exits of various employees, work contracts, etc. • Ensure compliance with collective labor agreements and regulations in force Commercial Development: • Manage and develop a portfolio of external clients • Contribute to acquiring new clients • Identify opportunities and participate in expanding the portfolio • Advise and support clients in payroll and social insurance matters • Ensure a trustworthy and lasting relationship Your profile: • Confirmed experience in payroll management in Switzerland • Strong interest in commercial development and customer relations • Good knowledge of Swiss social insurance • Knowledge of collective labor agreements • Proficiency in payroll tools (Aubep, Odoo a plus) • Autonomy, rigor, and service-oriented mindset Why join our teams?
