The payroll manager is responsible for calculating and establishing payslips, managing social contributions, and handling all payroll-related tasks for a varied portfolio of clients. The payroll manager will be tasked with:- Calculating and establishing payslips for a varied portfolio of clients (SMEs, companies, freelancers…)- Managing social contributions (AVS, AI, APG, AC, family allowances, etc.) and ensuring compliance with payments and the management of absences, vacations, and overtime- Issuing payslips and responding to inquiries from employees or clients- Following up on developments and adapting internal procedures accordingly- Managing hiring and account closure processes- Managing social benefits (employee savings) and maintaining a relationship of trust and quality with clients and other departments (accounting, HR, taxation) to ensure the consistency of operationsIn addition to the classic payroll management tasks, the role involves:- Personalized support for clients on all issues related to payroll and social contributions- Continuously improving processes and tools- Actively following up on disputes or questions related to salary managementProfile:We are looking for an experienced, rigorous, and organized specialist in payroll and social contributions, ready to invest in a demanding environment. This position is based in Geneva, without the possibility of telecommuting.
