To strengthen our Remuneration and Time Management division, attached to the Human Capital department, we are looking for a:
Salary and Social Insurance Manager (M/F) at 100%
Your role and responsibilities
Within the Remuneration and Time Management division, attached to the Human Capital department, you will ensure the complete management of salaries and social insurances for all employees.
You will ensure the rigorous processing of salaries, social insurance statements, and compliance with current legal provisions.
You will carry out monthly closures and participate in the annual closure in collaboration with the Team Leader.
You will also monitor absence files, particularly in cases of illness, accident or maternity, in collaboration with our broker.
In this context, you will maintain regular contact with the relevant institutions, insurances and offices to ensure effective follow-up of files.
You will contribute to the development of indicators and prepare various HR statistics in collaboration with the Finance department.
You will support employees in their procedures by responding to requests made by phone, via our ticketing tool or during visits by HR teams to the different departments.
Finally, you will actively participate in the continuous improvement of the division’s processes and practices and help maintain a collaborative, supportive work dynamic focused on service quality.
Profile sought
• HR Manager Certificate;
• Federal diploma as a social insurance specialist, an advantage;
• Proven experience in salary and social insurance management in Switzerland;
• Experience in preparing HR statistics and indicators;
• Very good knowledge of Swiss labour law;
• Ease in using salary management software;
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
• Very good command of MS 365 tools and Excel (advanced level);
• Knowledge of ProConcept and Mobatime, an advantage.
