Work Location: Vallée de Joux, Vaud Canton, Switzerland Type: Long-term temporary Carpenter Roofer Responsibilities and Tasks: Carpentry Work: Prepare and install wooden structures (traditional frameworks). Perform marking, cutting, and assembling of wooden pieces on and against wooden walls and floors. Roofing Work: Install various types of roofing and ensure waterproofing. Install drainage elements and carry out simple sheet metal work related to roofing. Safety and Quality: Scrupulously respect safety rules and the wearing of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) on job sites, particularly at heights. Ensure quality and finish of the completed work. Clean and tidy the job site at the end of the day. Requirements: CFC in Carpentry, Roofing or equivalent title. Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Carpenter Roofer. Technical Skills: Proficient in reading plans. Excellent knowledge of wood and assembly techniques. Ability to work at heights and in varied weather conditions.
