We are recruiting, on behalf of our client, a Civil Engineering Project Manager, to strengthen a team recognized for its expertise in the design, development, and construction of complex infrastructure.Our client is a civil engineering firm established in Switzerland, working on large-scale projects in the fields of road and rail infrastructure and civil engineering structures. Its development is based on an approach combining technical excellence, proximity to its partners, and the ability to lead demanding projects while respecting the highest quality standards.Your roleYou take full responsibility for infrastructure projects, from the initial study phases to the commissioning of the works. As a true conductor, you ensure the coordination of internal teams, specialized consultants, contractors, and project owners. You are responsible for the proper conduct of projects, both in terms of technical and financial aspects. This function requires a global vision of projects as well as a strong ability to anticipate issues related to deadlines, costs, risks, and execution constraints. You ensure a constant balance between technical requirements, client expectations, and budgets. You also act as the primary contact for the various project partners and actively contribute to the quality of relationships developed with public authorities, regulators, and stakeholders.Responsibilities- You lead studies and the various design phases of projects, ensuring their technical coherence and quality.- You ensure the general management of projects and coordinate all stakeholders to guarantee compliance with deadlines, budgets, and defined objectives.- You supervise tender procedures and support project owners in processes related to public procurement.- You ensure the direction of works and site monitoring, with a regular presence on the ground to guarantee the quality of execution and proper management of resources.- You supervise and support project teams, promote the sharing of knowledge, and contribute to the skills development of employees.- You actively participate in technical reflections and the development of innovative solutions responding to current challenges of mobility, sustainability, and planning.Profile- You hold an EPF, HES, or equivalent engineering degree recognized in Switzerland, or a technician diploma (ES) supplemented by solid experience.- You have at least five years of experience within a civil engineering firm in Switzerland, with exposure to project management and site supervision in the field of road and/or rail infrastructure.- You master VSS and SIA standards as well as procedures related to public procurement.
