Customer Service / Road Freight Forwarding
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- Swiss or C or B permit
- Proven experience in a transport or logistics company (incoterms)
- English minimum level B2, German minimum level B1
- Dynamic, proactive and solution-oriented person
- Excellent customer focus and ease in oral and written communication
- Ability to manage priorities and unforeseen situations
- Stress resistance, perseverance and team spirit
- Commercial sense and ability to find solutions adapted to customers
- Ensure daily follow-up of the agency's customers (businesses and individuals)
- Organise and coordinate express and charter transports
- Ensure operational follow-up of shipments and manage transport-related unforeseen events
- Analyse and check import and export transport documents
- Guarantee quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with various partners and logistics providers
- Manage priorities and find quick solutions in urgent situations
