Context: Responsible for Risk Management and Internal X SystemThe FER Geneva is looking for a Responsible for Risk Management and Internal X System (SCI) to lead a key device directly reporting to the Director of Finance. This role works closely with General Management, the Risk Committee (CoRiS), and the Mission Committee. You will oversee risk management by leveraging a high-performing Internal X System (SCI) and coordinate audits, contributing to the integration of risk management at the core of FER Geneva's operations and governance, with direct visibility to decision-making bodies.Responsibilities of the Responsible for Risk Management and Internal X System:Risk Management & Internal X System- Define, maintain, and evolve the mapping of financial risks (IT).- Support departments in their risk management and action plans related to key risks and propose adapted measures and reports to General Management.- Adapt the SCI to master risks and aid decision-making.- Produce analyses and summaries for the Directorate, CoRiS, the Audit Committee, and the Mission Committee.- Prepare files and proposals for the Committee and define and lead the annual audit plan based on risks.- Coordinate external auditors and ensure follow-up of reporting & GRC tool.- Produce a quarterly Risk & Audit Dashboard.- Administer and evolve the GRC tool (Optimiso or equivalent).- Ensure the quality and traceability of risk and control data and support a higher-level approach.Requirements:- Experience in finance, audit, risk management, or a related field.- Confirmed experience in risk management, internal/external auditing or control.- Mastery of SCI and risk frameworks (COSO, ISO, etc.).- Good understanding of finance, HR, and IT processes, along with experience with a GRC tool (Optimiso).- Strong analytical, synthesizing capabilities, and sense of priorities and integrity.- Valid work permit in Switzerland required.Why join FER Geneva?- A role directly reporting to the Director of Finance with high visibility to decision-making bodies.- A high degree of autonomy to structure and evolve the role.- A stimulating environment with concrete impact.Ready to join us?
