Groupe Haute SA unites the renowned brands Jacot, Brändli, and Du Rhône and operates a total of 10 exclusive chocolate boutiques and tea rooms: 5 locations in German-speaking Switzerland (Zurich area) as well as 5 in French-speaking Switzerland (Neuchâtel, Lausanne, and Geneva area).To strengthen our management team, we are looking for a:Head of Retail 80–100%Bilingual German / FrenchYou possess sound business knowledge, proven leadership experience in retail, and a distinct passion for excellent customer service.ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Management- Development and implementation of the retail strategy in close coordination with the executive management- Planning and implementation of sales promotion and marketing measures in the retail sectorPerformance & Results Responsibility- Overall responsibility for the performance of the branches- Analysis and management of relevant KPIs as well as initiation of targeted measures in case of deviationsPersonnel Management & Development- Leadership and coaching of branch managers- Recruitment, development, and training of branch teams- Ensuring efficient personnel deploymentExperience & Trademarketing- Ensuring a uniform and high-quality brand presence across all locations- Development and implementation of trademarketing activities such as sampling campaigns, in-store events, and customer loyalty programs- Optimization of the customer journey in the boutiques and tea roomsAssortment & Space Management- Implementation of the assortment strategy in close cooperation with production- Ensuring product availability- Optimal space management including definition of visual merchandising guidelinesLocation Development- Analysis and optimization of space utilization- Planning and implementation of sensible structural adjustments in the branchesProcess Optimization & Interface Management- Further development of efficient branch processes- Close cooperation with HR, controlling, marketing, and productionYour Profile- Commercial basic training with further business education- Several years of leadership experience in a comparable position (e.g., regional sales management) in the retail sector- Experience in a service-oriented environment with high customer proximity- Dynamic, flexible, and service-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality- Willingness to regularly visit the 10 locations in German- and French-speaking Switzerland- Strong affinity for premium products, ideally in the food, confectionery, or hospitality environment- Confident in handling KPIs and business management tools- Very good IT user skills- Proficient in German and French (written and spoken), English skills are an advantage jidc2acbeeaen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
