Retail Manager Specialising in Sanitary/Tools
- Retail management apprenticeship certificate (CFC)
- Proven experience essential in the fields of sanitary, heating, screws and tools
- Knowledge of SAP
- Ease in human contacts, team spirit and initiative
- Very comfortable with customers, listening, advising and supporting the client
- Dynamism, friendliness, smile and a sales DNA
- Autonomous management and responsibility of the shop
- Active selling and advising our professional and non-professional customers
- Setting up products on the shelves
- Presentation of promotions and new products
- Management of customer returns
