Votre mission

Our client, a dynamic swiss watch maker, offer a new position within its retail team to ensure the accounting and administration of the retail sales and operation. This position is perfect for a proactive and versatile person.

Please find below the details of the mission

- Logistic:

o ERP Key user for the stock / sales / Purchase-s flows
o Booking and management of stock movements
o Coordination & control of the rotational inventories (physical vs ERP stock)
o Periodical inventory reports and insurance limits control
o Follow up with shipping agents for receptions, expeditions and control of the goods
o Preparation of reception documentation and archiving
o Preparation of delivery documentation and return of products
o Managing all values in compliance with customs rules & security procedures
o Administrative follow up of all Import/Export, TIB, INPEC-cites flows and documentation
o Follow up and control of all legal, customs compliance and filing of related documentation

- Administration:

o Registration of client files in the system
o Coordination between the various stakeholders and physical + telephone welcoming
o Routine activities related to general administration
o Archiving of legal documents related to sales, purchases, customs & accounting
o Management of technical suppliers (IT, Security, Cleaning etc-) and cost control
o Handling of all correspondence of the secretariat (insurance, estimates, invoices-)
o Monitoring of contracts
o Mail & courier handling
o Supervision of safety rules (opening, closing, movement of goods)
o Preparation and follow up of sales team-s schedules

- Accounting and Reporting :

o Daily booking controls + coordination with the accounting firm in charge of the records
o Recording & tracking of corresponding sales and purchase transactions in the ERP
o Calculation of commissions
o Cash flow monitoring and payment management
o Weekly control of accounting entries and monthly review with the accounting firm
o Preparation of analysis/reports requested by management (sales, instalments/deposits, commissions, expenses-)
o Participation in budget preparation and sales analysis
o Preparation of monthly reports (balance sheet, income statement and details) and timely dispatch

Votre profil

Have you got a previous expérience in a similar position in the swiss retail industry ?
Do you master the import / export rules and documents ?
Have you knowledge of compliance rules regarding the law against money laundering ?
Are a leader personnality ? able to organise, proactively manager business ? and create process if needed ?
Do you speak french and english to a C level ?
