You contribute to creating a friendly and professional experience, while respecting quality, hygiene, and safety standards.In this context, you ensure the setup and management of the dining room during events, from welcoming the clientele to their departure. Service, advice, payments, and table-side preparation (slicing, flambéing, marinating) are part of your daily routine. You also participate in the management of beverages and wine service, applying your knowledge in both beverages and cuisine. Various possibilities for specialization (bar, café, dining room service, or sommelier) are available to you, as well as the opportunity to participate in the organization of banquets, from planning to execution. You contribute to the satisfaction of the clientele and the overall quality of services while respecting hygiene and safety standards.Your profileYou have successfully completed your schooling and show a real interest in the field of hospitality and customer service.Organized and dynamic, you enjoy teamwork and distinguish yourself by your rigor, punctuality, sense of responsibility, and good presentation.
