To complete the kitchen team of an establishment in the Jura, we are looking for a:Restaurant Manager / Head Chef at 100%We give you the opportunity to join the leader in community catering in Switzerland, offering working conditions to its employees as well as social coverage.Role:You occupy a position of responsibility offering varied tasks and the opportunity to manage a restaurant with complete autonomy while benefiting from the tools and supervision of a large group.You ensure the production of hot and cold cuisine for lunch services, as well as the distribution of meals. You design and plan varied and balanced menus. During events within the establishment, you ensure the smooth running of the service.Accompanied by our dietitians, you guarantee the quality and satisfaction of customers, in strict compliance with hygiene and safety rules.As a manager, you supervise the kitchen team, recruit and train staff, while ensuring the management of budgets, inventories and orders.Finally, you are responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the premises, equipment and materials in accordance with the cleaning plan.Profile:You have confirmed experience in the field of traditional catering and have a real team spirit, constant motivation and a pronounced taste for culinary challenges and having a sense of service.You propose gourmet and original culinary creations to boost the offer.Proactive, rigorous and with excellent communication skills.Mastery of French required.Federal Diploma of Cook or equivalent title.Additional information:Continuous hours from Monday to Friday.Desired start date: to be agreed.Do you wish to live this great adventure and are you interested in this opportunity?
