This position involves managing production schedules and implementing processes to meet department objectives. In addition, the role includes responsibility for the Apprentice Center, with direct responsibility for the entire CFC program.Main responsibilities:- Define and implement production strategies for milling and turning machines (CNC machines) to meet defined objectives (machine utilization rate, productive hours)- Guarantee a high level of quality by minimizing the non-conformity rate- Ensure the proper implementation of the 4-year apprenticeship program, to guarantee optimal and efficient management of training hours and the obtaining of the Polymecanic CFC within the deadlines- Identify process improvement and cost reduction opportunities, implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track performance and make necessary adjustments- Train and support teams on new processes and improvement opportunities and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the department's main processes- Ensure that all processes comply with applicable laws, regulations, and standards (ISO and ESG) jida379f4daen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
