Become a member as well and apply as Head of Underwriting Services Retail Romandie.What you do- You lead, develop, and coach a team of Underwriters and Senior Underwriters in Romandie.- You ensure market-oriented risk selection, including the quality of the P&C product portfolio intended for private customers.- You carry out analyses and propose proactive and continuous improvements to processes and services, in collaboration with Product Management, Distribution, and Customer Service.- You ensure regional market presence by maintaining relationships with agencies and independent distribution partners.- You actively contribute to the strategy of Underwriting and support the development as well as the launch of new products and services.What you bring- Degree from a university of applied sciences, or basic commercial training in the insurance sector, supplemented by specialized continuing education.- Relevant professional experience in the P&C insurance sector, ideally in underwriting or product management.- Proven experience in management and/or project management, preferably in the insurance sector.- Excellent conceptual and analytical skills, quick understanding, as well as a proactive and solution-oriented approach.- Fluent command of French, as well as very good knowledge of German (minimum B2), both oral and written.Your contactSenior Talent Acquisition Consultant: [REMOVED]Additional information- This position is available part-time or full-time: 70 - 100%.- Location: Lausanne, Crissier.- Hybrid work: up to 40%.- We look forward to receiving your online application - even without a cover letter.
