Your mission

As a branch manager, you ensure the technical and operational management of the team in French-speaking Switzerland. You develop the portfolio of contracts, maintain lasting relationships with clients, and guarantee the quality, profitability, and compliance of projects. Thanks to your expertise in specialist civil engineering, you create an autonomous, collaborative, and client-oriented working environment.

Your responsibilities

• Management and development of the branch
• Management and oversight of complex projects
• Conducting works and supervising construction sites
• Acquisition of new contracts and client follow-up
• Ensuring compliance with standards, deadlines, costs, and quality requirements

Profile sought

• Technical training: certified project manager, engineer or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in site and/or project management, ideally in specialised public works
• Excellent knowledge of construction contract law, SIA standards and associated directives
• Mastery of LEAN methods is an asset
• Very good command of MS Office; experience with RIB iTWO appreciated
• Native French speaker, very good knowledge of German
• Strong regional roots
• Assertive leadership, strong client focus, excellent communication and negotiation skills, entrepreneurial spirit
