It pilots key missions such as human resources management, finance, logistics, legal support, general administration, as well as support for governance and institutional projects.Composed of nearly fifty committed employees, the SG-OJV is looking for an HR Manager for judicial offices to strengthen the existing team.Responsibilities- Ensure the human resources management of the Vaud Judicial Order in compliance with personnel policy and the legal framework.- Advise and support the hierarchy in matters of management, change management, and conflict resolution.- Support the hierarchy in succession planning and recruitment.- Participate in the development and monitoring of budgets necessary for personnel management.- Ensure the leadership of a team of 2 to 3 people.- Participate in or lead various HR projects.You will find more information in the job description by clicking here.Do you have questions? The interim HR Director is at your disposal for any information.Profile- Higher professional education, or university degree in human sciences or other title deemed specific in human resources (federal diploma, CAS, MAS, other).- Proven experience in human resources management of at least 6 years.- A first management experience constitutes an asset.- Knowledge of social insurance and labor law.- Knowledge of the Vaud cantonal administration and its functioning.- Excellent communication, analysis, synthesis, and writing skills.- Particular rigor for compliance with standards and a keen sense of confidentiality and discretion.- Openness, flexibility, and a sense of service.- As part of the recruitment procedure, candidates will be required to present an extract from the debt collection register and a criminal record extract less than 3 months old.Who are we?Alongside the legislative and executive powers, the Vaud Judicial Order (OJV) ensures the role of the third power.In a constantly evolving context with numerous jurisdictional and institutional challenges, we have the duty to control the proper application of laws within the canton.
